I am Mr Peterson from 974 Sheridan. I have never targeted Section 8 tenants at any of my buildings. The building when purchased had two Section 8 tenants, those tenants still reside there as well as nine other new tenants on the Section 8 program. The attempt of this blog and others to slander me based on ZERO INVESTIGATION is both lazy and libelous. Before you list my name why not call me and discuss? I have successfully removed more than 400 HPD violations at the building. Remove this slander from your website or prove that it's true.
